Responsibilities:

Bachelor Degree in Law with GPA min 2,75
Minimum 3 years experience in same position/type of job
Male/female, max: 35 years old
Capable to handle agreement drafting(legal documents) contract, Contract review, Legal documentation , provide legal opinions
Understanding of relevant Indonesia Government regulations related these areas: Legal matters, export import legal, Forestry, ESDM, etc
Accustomed to working with deadlines target, work with team and high motivation, discipline, and dynamic with good attitude/personality

REQUIREMENTS

Male/female, max: 35 years old
Preferably Master Degree majoring in Law from reputable university
Min. 3 year experience in well-known company, preferably in multinational companies
Good communication/fluent skill in English language (written and spoken) is a MUST
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)& good paper work ability
Good personality, interpersonal skill, good communication skill and able to work under pressure and long hours
Extensive experience in the coordination, planning, and support of daily operational and administrative functions
Good interpersonal skill  and able to work in a team work as well as individually
Having ability to be given and perform high-quality work within tight deadlines

Drilling Engineer Vacancy

We are an Oil & Gas Manpower Service Provider in Jakarta, we are currently in need for suitable candidate for the following positions for one of our project :

Drilling Engineer (office) (DE)
Responsibilities :
·         Preparing drilling and work over proposals, technical programs and final well reports
·         Following-up drilling operation in progress in order to achieve drilling time and cost target
·         Supervising of specific operations on the rigs
·         Contributing to produce standard drilling instructions
·         Performing studies as required for better drilling and operational performances for offshore development wells
·         Organizing preparation of equipment/service required for each well
·         Preparing abandonment report
·         Performing studies as required to improve better drilling performance: bit performance, BHA behavior and new technology
·         Solving some operational problems
·         Preparing monthly reports regarding monthly rig activities
·         Updating rig price regarding the latest contract
·         Obtaining root causes of technical anomaly (i.e.) / incident(s).
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·         Work as Drilling Engineer for 2 years in Operator Company in offshore operation (Swamp barge, Jack-up or others)
·         International recognized experience in drilling both development/delineation and exploration wells appreciated
·         Technical skills required in directional drilling and horizontal well design, in multilateral well will be a plus
·         Familiar with drilling software (hydraulic, torque and drag, BHA, well path design) and all software under Windows NT
·         Fluent English speaking and writing.
