The Tangguh Expansion project involves the phased offshore development of platforms, new pipelines, a new 3.8mpta LNG train with a new integrated onshore receiving facility and new development wells.

SITE ELECTRICAL TEAM LEAD

 

The Lead Electrical Engineer will lead a small team of asset care & responsible for delivering operational and technical support. The team is responsible for ensuring regulatory and BP standard compliance, across all departments relative to electrical activity through close liaison and cooperation with the asset teams. The team will directly manage asset care, reliability of electrical equipment , defect elimination , will develop project statement of requirements (SOR's) for the benefit of scoping and budgeting and will monitor maintenance activity and in particular maintenance reporting for instances where improvement to safe & reliable operation can be made

 

 

Essential Education

A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of electrical equipment. • Knowledge of relevant Codes, Standards and applicable Regulations • Knowledge of electrical systems & equipment • Proven technical engineer- possessing excellent interpersonal, coaching, team leadership and analytical skills • Extensive experience in designing or maintaining a wide range of electrical equipment. • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Qualification:

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
 
Qualification :

Candidate must bachelor degree majoring in mechanical, industrial and civil engineer related field or construction
15 years applicable working experiences and 8 years experience base on onshore and offshore on related position
Knowledge of ISO and international safety procedures, good understanding of offshore health and safety requirements
Sound knowledge of all aspects of erection of structural works, fabrication, welding & installation, hydro test /leak test procedures, heat treatment techniques, lifting operation from a floating platform, pipe lying, etc
Ability to manage complex offshore projects in a multi contract, multi discipline arena
 Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment and demonstrate a positive approach to change, with an ability to demonstrate/encourage this approach in a team manager capacity
Able to speak and writing English

Under the direction of HR Manager, responsible for assisting HR Admin functions in areas of maintaining personnel files, employee's database, employee leave & attendance record, medical claim processing and annual performance review admin matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

#1 Maintaining Personnel Files

·     Maintaining personnel files and ensuring that they are complete with all the necessary documents as per the checklist

·     Ensure completeness of the personnel prior to be archived

·     To monitor and review the contractual status of all staff and ensure that employee contracts information is updated and accurate

·     Sent reminder to Managers or Unit Head in contract expiry.

·     Provide weekly and monthly report for all employee status.

 

#2 Assist in Payroll

·     Maintain and monitor attendance record using attendance machine

·     Prepare attendance report for transport allowance payment

#3 Employee Benefit Processing

·     Maintaining and processing the leave request and records

·     Process medical reimbursement and make sure the data for reimbursement is valid.

·     Maintaining medical record and updating employee entitlements

 

#4 Contract Producing & Annual Performance Appraisal

·     Assist with ensuring that APA are completed and remitted on time to HR Dept.

·     Issuing contract for all employee.

·     Preparing reference letter for all staff.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1)     Education: Min. Diploma Degree (D3) in a related field

2)     Min. 2 year experiences in a similar position

3)     Specific technical skills:

·      Effective record keeping and filling skill and experience

·      Ability to complete given assignments accurately with minimum supervision.

·      Ability to deal patiently and tactfully with staff members.

·      High sense of personal integrity, discretion, initiative and judgment.

·      Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral communication)

·      Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
