Lowongan HR Manager for Employee Relations & Reward

Currently Damco is looking for a talented HR Manager for Employee Relations Reward.

The position will report to Country HR Manager.
 
This position will be responsible for following activities :  
 
·         Drive all employee relations initiatives within the organisation

Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
Advise and guide on pay related matters: pay reviews, reward projects, changes to pay related terms etc
Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies.

 To be qualified for the position, the candidate should meet following criterias :

Have strong communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels and all stakeholders including top management, customers, labour union, community and employees.
Have the ability to approach each scenario from all perspectives the needs of the business and employee perspective  and able to empathy with both sides.
Have strong knowledge of labor regulations.
Have strong analytical skill and enjoy to work with numbers
Bachelor degree with relevant background
Having similar responsibilities at least for 3 years
Willing to learn use SAP is a must
