To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following position:
HR GENERALIST (Code HRG)
Responsible for day to day HR administration activities covering recruitment, HRIS, remuneration survey, compensation administration and other.
The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum 4-5 years' experience in recruitment, salary & benefit administrations, HRIS and development of HR Data base.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP 4.7 System will be an advantage.
Mature, having experience in planning & organizing, good presentation skills, strong leadership and good decision maker.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills & Team player
Good HSE Awareness and trustworthy
Willing to take Overseas Assignment
