Lowongan kerja E&I Quantity Surveyor, Piping Quantity Surveyor

A multinational company providing total solutions to meet the demands of its clients in the areas of Petrochemical Facilities, is looking for suitable qualified employees who is rightly motivated and who seeks challenging and exciting career to fill the following positions in East Kalimantan as;

1.     E & I Quantity Surveyor and;

2.     Piping Quantity Surveyor

Responsibility;

·         preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;

·         undertaking costs analysis for EPC project work;

·         assisting risk and value management and cost control function;

·         performing on subcontracting administration;

·         preparing and analyzing costing's for tenders, post-award and close out/final account;

·         providing advice and assessment on contractual claims;

·         analyzing outcomes and evaluating detailed progress reports;

·         valuing completed work and arranging payments;

·         maintaining awareness of the different subcontracts in current use;

·         Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

·         Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree Instrument/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

·         Priority for candidates more than 5 years experienced as E&I QS / Piping QS

·         Must available in Mid or End of January 2014

·         Fluent in English is must

·         Willing to travel and station in Kalimantan Timur

·         Willing to work for long hours if required

·         Willing to work for 6 months, subject to extension.

·         Proficiency in MS Office

·         Good interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills

·         Possess key skills such as Flexibility, Team Work, Problem Solving and Good Communication

·         Knowledge of EPC project terminology is advantage
