SENIOR RISK ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide process safety and risk management consulting services in management system development and implementation to our client.
Propose technological/organizational solutions for risk reduction purpose.
Supervise risk engineer for management of risk assessment studies, frequency analysis, consequence analysis, QRA study, ALARP demonstration.
Risk assessment and process hazard analysis using What-If, HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA methodology's.
Facilitate the workshop & safety studies.
Support projects in specialized areas of PSM including procedure development, training course development, support of management of change implementation and compliance audits.
Develop technical & commercial proposal related to this activity
PROFILE :
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline more preferred Chemical, Safety Risk Engineer
Have CSP or CFSE certifications preferred.
Minimum of 12 years engineering experience with facilities and operations within the Chemical and/or Petroleum Industry.
Have knowledge in process engineering, technological risk consequence assessment , hazard identification methodology, hazardous consequences modeling technique
Familiar with software Phast, PhastRisk or equal
Have Experience to facilitate the process hazard workshop & safety studies.
Familiar with HSE regulations & approved standards & industry guidance
Have knowledge in dispersion, fire & explosion modeling
Have ability to work effectively & communicate well to people at all levels. Goal oriented with good commercial & costumer interface skill.
