Requirements:
* Male/Female – Healthy, maximum age of 40 years old.
* Minimum S1 in Environmental Engineering. (S1 preferred)

* Provide daily  support to Environmental Specialist and be responsible for coordinating Environmental implementation, improvement and compliance of Environmental  processes and operation of the Operation Management Framework including Government of Indonesia requirements. Coordinate, assist and deliver environmental supports to Operation assets including Jakarta Office, capital projects and Drilling activities, Explorations to support Business Units Objectives, Metrics, and Targets.
*Responsible to support implementation project and operation of  Environmental processes which include  Environmental Stewardship,  Environmental Performance Standards (EPS),  and government regulations such as Ministry of Environmental Affairs (Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup) such as AMDAL, RPL/RKL, UPL/UKL. Obtained Environmental permits of capital projects, operation  and its compliance. Coordinate and lead implementation of the ES Process in the Company initiatives. Participate in the Company community of practice. Review implementation of BU ES Plan on a quarterly basis and update periodically. Control ES Process documentation and records. Develop and implement the process Continual Improvement Plan and Conduct performance reporting and trend analysis
* Support Environmental  Management system Development for ISO14001 Certifications, Implementations,  permitting, internal audit, internal and external environmental reporting. Participate, coordinate and lead implementation of environmental verification and Awards programs which is conducted by internally or external (Government of Indonesia), such as PROPER,  MIGAS and Association, etc.

PROFILE :

Have knowledge in process engineering, technological risk consequence assessment , hazard identification methodology, hazardous consequences modeling technique
Familiar with software Phast, PhastRisk or equal

Job description:

- Identify the project HSE requirements, by reviewing the applicable local and international legislation, contractual and company requirements
- Coordinate all the HSE in design activities (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL), as well as planning and conducting HSE design review
- Coordinate the development of the HSE manuals for construction and pre-commissioning by liaising with subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate the development of the HSE manuals for offshore installation and commissioning
- Run project risk management activity, such as HAZID, Risk Assessment, pre start up HSE review, etc.
- Establish a regular HSE reporting system at project level, including investigation process if needed
- Establish an HSE audit plan and perform audits
- Act as focal point for any HSE issue at project level.
